Refund and Returns Policy for Stadium Sport
At Stadium Sport, we aim to provide quality products and excellent service to customers in South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia, and other supported delivery regions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.
Returns Eligibility
Returns and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Stadium Sport management.
To be considered for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Be in resellable condition
- Include proof of purchase or order reference
- Be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Be approved by Stadium Sport before being sent back
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Damaged products caused after delivery
- Personal protective equipment
- Undergarments or intimate wear
- Customised or special-order products
- Clearance or promotional items (unless defective where required by law)
Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will assess the matter and advise on replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly by Stadium Sport:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping or courier costs
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Stadium Sport cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
